Our Story
Niche Joinery are a family owned business founded by Ben and Jacqui Everdell, located in Young NSW. Ben started his apprenticeship 2006, upon finishing his four year apprenticeship, he continued the trade for a further seven (7) years working in Young, where he learnt his attention to detail, quality of work, how to manage staff and client relations.
Ben then decided it was time to build his own business in 2017. Starting out with just himself and a first year apprentice, Ben navigated his way through running a business and building the reputation for his quality work.
Niche now has nine (9) full time employees, with a great team of experienced tradesmen bringing a vast range of industry experience with them.
Ben and Jacqui with their three young children, Angus, Dougal, and Audrey live on a property just outside of Young. This lifestyle is everything they have worked hard for to raise their children on the land. Weekends are very family orientated from doing sheep work to adventures around the district.
